Birth, Death, Marriage Certificates
To obtain a replacement UAE birth certificate, the presence of the father and the mother or an authorized delegated person is required. You must contact the centre from which the original birth certificate was issued to receive a replacement. In the absence of a parent, a Letter of No Objection to issuing the birth certificate must be obtained from a UAE embassy or consulate.
This service allows customers to request the issue of a true copy of an original UAE birth certificate. Applications to receive a certified copy of a birth certificate can be submitted online, or in person (or through an authorised representative) at the Abu Dhabi Department of Health, Dubai Health Authority or Emirates Health Services. A copy of the original birth certificate is required.
This service allows customers to obtain an authenticated copy of an original death certificate. The presence of a relative of the deceased person is required. Apply for the service through EHS Website or by visiting Public Health centre.

Criminal Record Certificates
UAE Police Clearance Certificates (PCC) can be obtained by citizens, residents, visitors. Applications may be submitted online (Applicants without an Emirates ID should visit a police service centre to take fingerprints). Certificates are available in Arabic or English.
